Design your mobile app
the right way

and save on development

Everything starts with an idea...

Week 1

First, we run your idea through the online Startapp Sprint workshop with you and your team to turn it into the UX design of your mobile app.

Weeks 2-3

Next, with the UX design and the support of AI tools, we develop a prototype that simulates your app working so you can test it with potential users.

Weeks 4-7

With the results of your user tests, together we define the Minimum Viable Product, make changes to the UX design and, with your identity in hand, work on the UI design of your mobile app, leaving it ready for development.

Weeks 8-27+

We also support you during development: we are your bridge to the programming team, making sure every design detail is translated correctly into your mobile app. We can also help you make design changes if needed.

Finally, your mobile app will be ready to download from the app stores of your choice.

The final design will help you:

Quote your project's development accurately

As a deliverable you will get the design of every screen of your mobile app, so the development team easily understands your requirements and can estimate screen by screen how long it will take, giving you an accurate proposal. Without clarity, a quote can be inflated by up to 30% as a safeguard, because change requests during development increase the project's development hours.

Save on development

Requesting design changes during development can waste hours already worked and add working hours, affecting the final development cost. Having clarity and a final design helps you avoid costs beyond the initial proposal.

Define your MVP

An MVP means developing your Minimum Viable Product. You can use the prototype as a user-testing tool to define the most important functionality and start development with only what is needed to deliver that functionality to users as soon as possible, launching that version in the stores ready to use. Once we start getting users, we recommend listening to their needs and continuing development around them.

Invest with confidence

With your prototype you can validate your idea, and with the final design you will have a very accurate development quote, so you can plan your project properly and invest with confidence.

Get seed funding

A prototype of the final design is the best tool to add to your pitch deck to secure the investment you need to develop.

Join investment fund programs

Conexión Raíz

From a funded idea to a defined app.

Challenge
A grant gave them funding and little time to show progress. The idea had to become a clearly defined application.
Workshop
We worked on users, problems, goals, adoption, value proposition, features, modules, flow and UX.
Result
Value proposition, features, flow, UX and prototype. iOS and Android versions were developed afterwards.

Bizbud

A simple app to manage the farm.

Challenge
Simple tools to manage a farm were missing. In the field, control often stays in a notebook that is later typed by hand into Excel or an ERP.
Workshop
We worked together from grounding the concept with the Startapp Sprint, through the prototype and validation, to the final UX/UI design, supporting development and launch.
Result
Bizbud: an app to track payroll by hour and by weight, complementing any ERP so that whoever manages the business has it in sight and can focus on the next strategic decision.

Software Development

We recommend working with a development company we have a commercial alliance with and a team ready to solve any situation. They work with the sprint methodology, which lets you see significant progress every 2 weeks until your mobile app is in the stores, ready to download. If you decide to work with another development company, we can still support you by following the project through to launch.

The next step starts with a conversation

What do you need to be clearer on before developing your app?

Tell us about the idea or project you have in mind. We design your Startapp Sprint to go from idea to a design and prototype ready to validate and quote.

Got another challenge in mind?

Need help with another problem? We solve it together in a sprint workshop

At Aterriza Tus Ideas we facilitate sprint workshops so teams and entrepreneurs clarify their ideas, set priorities and leave with a concrete plan to move forward.
